HIIT Classes – High Intensity Interval Training
This class gives you an all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Time: 8am – 8.45am
Location: Carlisle Park, Hampton
£5 per session

Circuit Training Classes
Circuit Training is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations and you take part in small groups, taking on each exercise at your own pace.
