“Louise worked with me to establish my fitness goals and managed my expectations effectively. She has a friendly and approachable manner which eased my nerves of starting personal training. Previously I hadn’t been into fitness but she made the sessions fun and enjoyable which made me feel confident.
“I started personal training after being recommended to Louise by a friend. I was impressed by her fitness knowledge and her teaching background was evident in her positivity and motivation levels. Sessions were always varied and she was always able to accommodate any last minute changes to my diary.
“Personal training with Louise is the perfect route to re-freshing a tired fitness regime. She tailors exercises to your abilities, and builds your fitness up over time, while gently guiding you to towards a more sensible approach to nutrition. It is this combination of both exercise and nutrition that is at the heart of her ’teachfit’ concept, and it works! After 10 sessions I'm fitter, happier and eating more ‘mindfully’. Most importantly I enjoyed the sessions, and am looking forward to more.
